How Do I Delete My Game Account?

Note: Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you decide to delete your account, remember that you will lose all your progress, and any items you’ve purchased or received for free. If you decide to return later, you will need to start over from level one.

We’re sorry to see you go! To request account deletion, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Personal Information Page

1. Launch the game on your device.
2. Tap your player avatar in the top-left corner of the main screen.
3. Navigate to the Personal Information section.
4. Take a screenshot of this screen. It must clearly show your User ID.

Step 2: Send us an email for account deletion

• Write an email to support@fortressfrontlines.com
• Attach the screenshot you just captured.
